The building houses one and two bedroom units. The 1 bedroom apartment has a furnished living room plus TV, bedrooms plus TV, kitchenette with fridge and cooker, CCTV camera for the building. Apartment does not have swimming pool but has a gym. The parking space can take about 8 cars inside and about 15 cars at the perimeter fence which is under 24 hours security vigilance. In case of public electricity failure, generator will be used but not 24/7; and inverter will complement generator for about 6 hours per day.Cooling fans that can be switched on with inverters are installed. Inverter can power on everything in the living and bedrooms except air conditioners.
The schedule of electricity in the absence of stable supply from the national grid, Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) is as shown below:
- 10pm – 4am : 80KV Diesel Generator or PHCN runs (AC and Fan are working)
- 4am – 6/7am: 6.5KV Petrol Generator or Inverter or PHCN runs (Fan are working. AC works during PHCN)
- 6/7am – 10/11am: 80KV Diesel Generator/PHCN runs (AC and Fan are working)
- 10/11am – 10pm: 6.5KV Petrol Generator or Inverter or PHCN runs (Fan are working. AC works during PHCN)
